I’ve done a couple posts with photos of writers and their cats (here and here). I suppose I’m partial to cats, by the slimmest of margins. I grew up with dogs too. And now I love my fiancé’s doggie like he’s my own. This is Vinny:
While he doesn’t sit on my lap as I type, he is good at interrupting frustrating bouts of writer’s block by sticking his nose under my arm. And he forces me to take him for my walks (I mean, look at those eyes!), which is where I get a lot of ideas.

Awwww…. this makes me so happy and so sad at the same time. Thanks for giving sarah some love. I always thought it would be fun to photograph people and their pets, with my own style… not in the dumb petco photoshoot way.
